This is the first Epson I've gotten since dot-matrix days, and it will be the last one I ever buy. From the first day I had it, it was a problem. The USB port was recessed so deeply, it was difficult to connect. It would print with a loud "clunk." The paper feed guide was very difficult to move. Printing was slow, loud, and blurry. The printer buttons were anything but intuitive. Photo print quality was subpar. After six weeks it would only print with a blurry middle paragraph no matter what was being printed nor how much we tried to correct the head alignment.
At that point I went out and bought the Hewlett Packard F4480 that I should have bought to begin with. Picture quality and print are far better, smoother and quieter.
The Epson is now at the recycling center, not missed even a little bit.Get more detail about Epson Stylus NX415 All-in-One Printer.
